    We structure our fee’s in three distinct stages to give our clients clarity and oversight during each project stage.

    Generally, for renovation works, you can expect an Interior Designers fees to total roughly 6-10% of the total project budget.

  • The Design we produce on paper is one thing, construction is another.

    During your build stage surprises always happen and sometimes your design will need small changes. Designers need to be updated and engaged throughout the construction stage of your project to help navigate and resolve issues as they arise and critically - keep procurement on track and your builders timeline to schedule.

    We keep an open and collaborative line of communication with your on-site team throughout the construction stage as well as advocating on your behalf if issues arise.

  • Yes.

    This is why we created our Hourly Design Packages.

  • We have strong working relationships with a selection of trusted builders and trades that we know will complete your project to the highest standard.

    We recommend our clients utilise our database when finding their project team.

    If you would like to use your own builder or trades for your project ensure they are properly licensed, have relevant insurances and have successfully completely projects comparable to yours.

    We are happy to work with our clients builder and trades but cannot guarantee their workmanship, transparency or quality.
